Scheduling an Evaluation

Determine what type of consultation you would like to schedule:

1. 15-Minute Consultation - 15 minutes, free, via telephone, to discuss whether your child may require an evaluation and what your next steps should be.
2. Initial Consultation - 60-90 minutes, in-person or via interactive video (telehealth), to discuss your child's history from pregnancy through today. 

Scheduling occurs online or via telephone. If you cannot find a time on our calendar that fits your schedule, please call us at (480) 960-1110 or email us at admin@desertneurodevelopment.com and we will work to accommodate you. 

During your 15-Minute consultation or your Initial Consultation, Dr. Bree will advise you on the type of evaluation she believes will be most beneficial to your child. 

Scheduling of this evaluation will take place over the phone with Dr. Bree so she can ensure the correct amount of time and time of day is chosen for your specific child's needs. 

Dr. Bree will schedule a feedback session with you to discuss your child's evaluation results, diagnosis (if applicable), and specific recommendations for intervention or referrals. 

Scheduling typically occurs over the phone with Dr. Bree, as this allows the most flexibility in finding the best time for your schedule.
